10CG programming question
#1
I’d like to use my 10CG radio on a 35% plane. The plane uses 1 throttle servo, 4 aileron servos, 2 elevator servos, and 2 rudder servos.
I’m using a R6014HS RX and I’d like to use one channel for each servo. I need to know if the mixes can be done with my 10CG TX?

The transmitter can give you all that you want.
Use the Aileron Diff function for two of the aileron servos...one left and one right. You would then use a "Y" harness for the two left-hand servos, and a "Y" harness for the two right-hand servos. Or, after you set up the servos on the Aileron Diff function, you could then use a mix with Aileron as Master, and a second left aileron servo as slave, and then another mix with Aileron as master and the second right aileron as slave. If you use two point mixes, you'll be able to get the slave servos to match quite closely to the master servos.
Two elevator servos are operated through the Ailevator function.
You would use a Pmix with Rudder as Master and the second rudder servo channel as slave.

I'd like to get this to work without using a Y-harness.
I'm using the following channels
1-right aileron
2-right elevator
3-throttle
4-rudder
6-left aileron
8-left elevator
The problem I'm having is channel 5 is assinged to the gear so it doesn't let anything else function in both directions only leaving channel 7 to use as an aileron mix.
As far as I can tell my 10CG doesn't allow mixing of any channels above channel 8. Is there any way to get channels 9 or 10 to function in an aileron mix?

Here's how to do four aileron servos. If you're not flying a biplane, just have two right and two left servos....

Channels 9 and 10 won't be mixed...they are only on/off channels, or end-to-end channels.
If you go into the Aux channel section of the menus, you can set channel 5 to null and no switch/knob/slider will activate it. You can do that with any of channels 5-10.
