When I land my plane,in order to slow down,I used to click some elevator up trim,now I have an other plane ,due to design,I have to click 6 times of elevator up trim before landing,Is there any setting I can make so the elevator can be offset to up with just a flip switch?

You can use a programmable mix with the master set to offset and the slave as the elevator channel. Set the amount of offset, and when you turn on the mixer, the elevator will deflect the desired amount.
