I'm trying to set up my aileron throws on a new aircraft. Have a T7C 2.4 and am using digital servos, (S3152)s on Channel 1 through a Y connector. The Right throw(smaller) is different than the Left throw(larger). Both servos are centered with the arms in the same position. What's up? Will it help to use 2 Different Channels - Like 1 and 5 OR 7? as 6 is being used for Flaps. Any suggestions?
Sincerely - Darryl

Throw differences are caused by a number of things: slight differences in the movement of the servos, differences in the physical linkages, small differences in the hinging of the control surfaces, differences in the positions of the control horns, and so forth. You have to check everything to get throws exact. On the other hand, if the two control surfaces are close, you can safely ignore the small differences. Just make sure they center properly.
