Default T14SG having trouble with updates

ive had my 14sg for a few months now.
i use it for my gliders.
i have the gps sensor, i mainly use that for the vario. and occasionally glance down at the altitude.
when i would push the home/exit button the 4 panel screen would come up and i choose the 3/3 page for distance, speed, vario and altitude.
ive been searching for some time now for a way to get gps coordinates in case of a downed model.
i just found a thread that there were updates that would include the gps coordinates.
i went to the download page
there is no full explanation of what each update actually does. i would like to know what the update is for. and any instructions for using them.
i was having trouble opening ver2 and speech. i was clicking on the wrong zip file. the instructions show and exe. file at the top but it wasnt.
i ended up downloading the ver 3. followed the instructions, then figured out the ver 2 speech update and just as the instructions said "install sound" appeared and i followed it.
i havent gone any further yet.
but when i push the home/exit button i get a 2 panel window that only has rx volts and ext volts.
it wont give me the choice of 3 windows as before.
i go into the linkage menu and i can select "telemetry" and the 3 windows appear.
can i get them back like i had before?
and
it still shows "distance", NOT GPS coordinates.
where do i find the coordinates?
i assume the voice "english" in telem set. is so it talks when there is a change? i set it for 30 sec. when i fly on tuesday i'll see what it does.
any help is appreciated.
thanks for a great system.

You will find the the PDF version of what is in every update we have had by checking this link at the very bottom of the Update page;

http://downloads.hobbico.com/software/fut/

This will have the PDF information for you from Ver 2 update telling you how to set the screen.

T14sg updates question[/h]
I have the new T14sg and gps and all I can say is WOW! What a great system. I have been flying Futaba since 1980 and this is by far the very best. I replaced my 10c with the new 14sg.

I updated the software on the ripmax site from 1.4 to 1.51. The transmitter now shows the GPS coordinates in the telemetry distance menu. Nice feature to have in the event the plane goes down and I have trouble locating it. Not anymore, punch the coordinates into a Garmin GPS and walk right to it.

How does he get GPS coordinates?
thats exactly what im looking for.
i installed the updates 3 and speech from the futaba site.
i found the instructions in pdf form from your link.
but there is nothing telling me of GPS coordinates, as he says " in the place of the distance.
