We believe you are asking about the R6014HS receiver.
You don't do anything with the transmitter when you are using digital servos. For the R60014HS receiver, if you're using digital servos you don't need to do anything. If you want high-speed mode, here's the manual for the receiver that details how to change modes.

High-speed mode is really only useful if you're a top-level competition 3-D aerobatic helicopter flyer. You won't notice anything if you're doing other types of flying. Top-level competitors in airplanes and gliders have made this very clear a number of times.
Just have the receiver in normal mode and use whatever servos you want, unless you're a stick-banging 3-D heli flyer. Then, you might notice a bit of difference if the receiver's in high-speed mode. Please realize that high-speed mode is used on channel 1-6 only.
The "G" and "F" selection stand for "Global" and "France". In France, transmitter output power is limited, so you have to set the "F" if you're in France. Since you're not, just leave it set to "G" in all cases.
