Here are the stock numbers and list prices of the parts you asked about:

HSP78690 1M10E32301 7C PANEL US$9.28

These parts can be ordered through any hobby retailer who sells Futaba systems and accessories.

BAX
My 7C's buddy box cord is getting intermittent service from the transmitter. I have to keep a hand on it to keep a reliable connection for the student. I think it's in the transmitter but not sure, I will have to get another cord to be sure.

If I sent it in for repair how long would it be gone and do you have an idea of the cost ? There is a little circuit board bolted to the back shell of the transmitter.
thanks

ps Ray Stacy gave this radio to me, it is several years old. The buddy box system has had not a lot of use and I don't think Ray & Kyle ever used it. Of course I've thought I was being gentle with it.
thanks

Checked another cord, it is definitely the transmitter. I can't have it gone too long, it that board user replaceable ?

BAX : IT'S GOING OUT MONDAY TO 3002 N APOLLO DR CHAMPAIGN 61822, GUYS SAY YOUR SERVICE IS GREAT !!!

Normal repair time is 3-4 days in the shop unless we have to contact you. Then it all depends upon how long it takes you to get back to us.
