I know, probably old news, but I can't find any reference to what VPP is in the manual. My guess is variable pitch prop, and if so has to be a worthless function for 99% of us. Can I remove this from my home screen?

VPP is "Variable Pitch Propeller". You can take it out of any model in the Function section of the Linkage Menu. Just assign something else to the channel that now has VPP. Use an AUX channel or anything else. Or ignore it.
