Default Spoiler Elevator mixing

Hello,
I have a T10J Radio and would like to mix in some down elevator when I deploy my spoilers. My transmiter is set up for "Sailplane" using wing type "Glider 2A+2F (AF2). My sailplane is a RES type sailplane, (Rudder, Elevator, and Spoilers). The spoilers are actual spoilers, not spoilerons. Each spoiler has its own servo. Ch. 1 operates the Rudder, Ch. 2 operates the Elevator, Ch. 3 operates the Motor, and Ch. 5 & 6 operates the spoilers. Channels 5 & 6 are setup to operate by using the "VR" rotary knob. What I have tried thus far is to use Program Mixing, P. Mix 1. Rate is -20, Master is VR, Slave is ELE, Switch F in the up position turns on the mix. The problem is that the amount of mix I program into the Elevator (- 20), moves the ELE servo close to that amount in the up direction. This is before the spoilers are actuated using the VR rotary knob. When I rotate the VR knob to full actuation, the Elevator moves in the down direction just past the Elevator neutral point.

I obviously do not want any mix to occur before actuating the servos. Do you have any ideas how to achieve this?

Best Regards,

Dennis Kuchar
