How long will my 9Z be gone?
Chris, Once it arrives here, it is typically here 5-7 business days. 9Zs, due to their complexity, will often take a day or two longer than smaller, simpler items.
Also, did you use our forms to send your items in? this helps speed the process.
if the radio was here for warranty service, we MUST get a copy of the original purchase receipt to provide warranty coverage.
if the radio is not here for warranty work, then did you provide payment information on the form?
did you provide an email address, as this is by far the fastest way we can contact you if we need to do so?
All of these steps will help speed your radio's service.

According to the tracking number it should be there already...
Yes I used the forms...
I did include a copy of the receipt for my warranty work.

Are we talking 2 weeks...a month...a year??
