Default Changing Switch

I broke the spring loaded trainer switch on my C9 radio. This is the switch that is on the back right hand side of the radio. My hobby shop has got me a replacement. How do I install it? Are all the spring loaded switches compatible with the C9 or is there a particular one that I have to use? My warrenty has expired so I would like to fix it myself rather than get it serviced.

Default RE: Changing Switch

This is the standard Futaba trainer switch:

FUTM3680 ML-1FLP SWITCH TRAINER LONG $5.79

It can be ordered through any Futaba hobby retailer. The switch must be soldered to a circuit board and then screwed to the transmitter case with the dress nut.

If your switch is not the standard part, it may not fit onto the circuilt board properly.
