I have my 7UAPS programmed for flaps already but at present the flaps are deployed by turning the knob. It is rather difficult to center the knob for neutral flaps while flying and I am looking for ways to get the 3-way switch or any other switch on the Tx to activate the flaps.
I already have one side of the 3-way switch to activate the spoileron (or airbrake) i.e. both ailerons go up simultaneously.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks.

Sorry, no, not as far as i know. you can't make a mix always active, adn you have just one pmix switch, so you can't have one mix that turns off the dial and have that mix active while you use another switch for on/off to try to move your flaps. This is a complex mixing function you're asking for. The 8U can do it using 2 mixes.
the 9C has an auxiliary channel assignment screen and you would just move flaps to that 3 position switch.

AnnMarie,
Tks for yr prompt response. I have my 8U programmed satisfactorily and I guess I should fly this model also on the 8U.
Thanks again for clarifying the issue.
You're doing a tremendous job.
