Default copying models from one 9c or another

Hello,

Both my buddy and I have 9c's. I built a plane for him and set up the programming on my 9c. I put the model on one of the pac models. Can I now take my campac and install it on his and then copy model over to one of his available models?

Thanks
Z

You can certainly copy a model from one 9C to another 9C. You cannot copy from a 9C Super to a 9C non-Super.

You just copy from your transmitter to a CamPac. Put the CamPac into your friend's transmitter and copy from the CamPac to his transmitter. Boom! You're done!

Hi Bill
Could you please be a bit more descriptive in this process?

If you have a 9C transmitter, you can install a CamPac, format it, and then save models to it. That CamPac can then be put into another 9C, and those models can be saved into that transmitter's internal memory.

Now, if you have a 9C non-Super, you can store models on the CamPac and then put the CamPac into another 9C transmitter. It will be able to read the stored models. If you move the CamPac to a 9C Super transmitter, it can read the information and store it in its internal memory, but you cannot save to the CamPac.

If you format a CamPac in a 9C Super transmitter, it cannot be used to transfer model information to a 9C non-Super. A 9C non-Super transmitter cannot read the information in a CamPac formatted for a 9C Super transmitter.
