This is my first post on this forum, so bear with me.

What I would like to know is whether Futaba has a 40Mhz module available to replace the 35Mhz module in my T8UPs to use on Cars/Trucks.

Would it be better to get a dedicated Car/Truck Tx??

We are the Futaba service center in North America. There should be a module available for your transmitter from your regional Futaba distributor on the legal R/C channels in your country. You would need to contact RipMax.
