Default Futaba 9CAP simulator use

Hello, i curently have a 9CAP, and in something around a month it has gone to over 50 hours of use, mostly because of simulator use, i'm wondering is this bad? i connect the cable to the radio and it powers up (that means the rf module isnt being used) but the screen is turned on, my question is, if i use the radio too much with the simulator even if the module is off, will this wear it out?

Thanks, hope to hear an answer soon

Daniel

The only major wear is to the sticks and stick pots. They will wear as if you were flying an R/C model for the same number of hours. The mechanics will tend to wear out long before the electronics, and that's true of almost any device.
