hear is my problem. When I purchased the 9cap there was no reciever in the box when I recieved it which was shipped out to me when I called on this. And now I have done what you suggested and the transmitter is bad and needs to go back for service. Now since all of this I was wanting to fly my new GP Wagstaff plane this weekend being it was going to be the only nice weekend hear in PA till probably spring. I dont have a problem with putting another transmitter on my credit card while you ship one to me and I ship the old one back which has only been turned on and settings put in. After talking to your support staff they told me that they dont think that they can do this. I would even priority overnite the transmitter to you which you would have by 10:30 am next day since I work for FedEx. Please talk to me in regards to this asap. My work number is 412-262-6756.

You don't say where you purchased the radio. If it is local, and the dealer has another, he can simply exchagne it for you. it sure sounds like your radio was not a new-in-box when you got it, perhaps a returns mistake in our warehouse or something.
