Default 9C timer

I'm using the count up timer (S2) to keep a time record of model X's time switched on - over several flights - for a given Rx battery charge. This timer resets when I power down the Tx - unlike the main timer. Is there any way I can keep the total time there, if I power off?
Thanks

Timer 1 (S1) and Timer 2 (S2) will reset when the transmitter is powered off. Please see page 38 of the instruction book.

The other timer shows the total time the transmitter's been turned on and used since it was first turned on. That can only be zeroed with a software reset, which would eliminate any settings you have in the model memories.

Hi marcellus,

While you can't keep the total time on S2 as it will reset, you can use the Main Timer to keep a log of your time over several flights. This is the total transmitter time shown in the center of your screen. To clear the Main Time after several flights just press your up or down Cursor button until you see that the Main time is flashing, once it is, press the dial and it will beep and clear your time. Doing this this way will save you from losing any setting in your transmitter.
Remember though that this is the total amount of time on this transmitter, if you do not want to lose this information, do not clear it out.

I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.

Sincerely,
Krysta
