Default 14MZ Throttle Curve

Hi Futaba

Is it possible to set up a throttle curve for an aircraft on the 14MZ. I have a lot of petrol and 4 stroke engined planes, and I am finding that I am reaching full throttle about mid stick position on some of my models. I have tried adjustments to the servo arms and linkages, but on several models I can not overcome this problem.

If Throttle curve can not be set for aircraft, what would you suggest to eleviate this problem?

regards

Default RE: 14MZ Throttle Curve

Hi 14MZ flyer,

Just go into the throttle channels AFR settings. Set it on Line or Spline. You can now set any number of points on the throttle channel as you wish, and make any shape curve.

I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.

Sincerely,

Default RE: 14MZ Throttle Curve

I use throttle curve functions on my 14mz. Just go into the throttle channel, and apply an EXPO curve of your choice. I use it on my turbine setups, by adding quicker throttle acceleration at the bottom of the throttle range.
