14MZ / 12Z .mdl file format
Bill, Krysta,
There's a handful of folks currently looking at understanding the format of the 14MZ and 12Z .mdl files. The intention is to develop programs to allow viewing/editing/comparing model files on a PC. It would certainly be nice if you could convince Futaba to publish this information. It will take time (by trial and error) before the format is fully cracked and understood. It would benefit all 14MZ and 12Z owners to have a non-radio alternative to managing their models and since it doesn't appear that Futaba will be providing this themselves, it's up to folks in our community to step-up and make it happen. So I'm seeking your support in getting this information and helping us achieve this goal. Can you please help?
