Default Frequency Change

Hello, I own (and love) my 7C transmitter but need to send it in to have the frequency changed because my club has experienced interference issues on my current channel. I would also like to have the software updated if possible so when I set the timer function it no longer clears my aileron servo travel. How should I specify this later request in the service repair form? Will this wipe my model memory settings? Also, how long will it take to turn around the repair? I hate to be without my transmitter for very long since it is prime flying season.

thanks,
Steve Insalaco

Default RE: Frequency Change

Hi Steve,

If you would like to include this information on a separate piece of paper, please feel free, or you can use the bottom of this sheet from our website:

http://www.hobbyservices.com/service-form-futaba.html

As it is our busiest time of the year, our turn around time now is approximately 8 business days. You will not need to worry about losing your model settings, the technician will save this information for you.

I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.

Sincerely,
Krysta Hunt
