12Z Firmware Updates
I bought a 12Z a month ago and getting along with it, many members on the forums have helped me out a lot with things I don't understand. I just bought a 32Mb flash card for it from Tower hobbies. I understand I need the card to conduct firmware updates to the radio using downloaded files.. I can't find anything in the 12z manual about how to get downloads and how to apply them to the 12z.
Are there any documents available on-line etc. that will explain the procedure for downloading and applying updates to the 12z?

Can I use another 32 MB Flash Card than FUTABA card?
The Futaba card is about 90 usd in Tower and other brand are 10 USD in an electronic magazine.
