Is it possible to set up one of three position switches, on my 9CAP, for a three position choke for my gas engine? On, half choke, and Off.

Yes. You go into the AUX-CH menu and set the channel you want to use for choke to the 3-position switch you want. You can then set the two endpoints in the endpoint menu.
