I have eather a glitching or lock out problem Futaba 7c, pcm reciever,been useing 6 volt wanted to go to 8.4 Ion with 6v/reg but boy
do I get glitching full left or right ail they pulsate and elvators twitch add rudder and it twitchs to. put the Ion battery and reg in to a different plane with just f.m. and it's fine whats going on here ???

If your airborne system works fine with a regular NiCd or NiMH battery pack, but acts up when you use the regulated system with a Lithium battery pack, rest assured it's not the battery pack. It's the regulator. Some regulators emit electrical noise that's picked up by the R/C system in the airplane. You'll have to get a different regulator, get your regulator repaired, or do without, and just use regular battery packs.
