Default Lost my memory

I have a T6XAS that's served me well, till now.
Last week I cleared the model memories out to install new ones in it.
Now it won't hold the model last used(example if I'm on model #1 and shut off the Tx, then switch it back on, it goes to model #3) Also if I go in and program changes like expo/ atv/ reverse/ etc., it only saves some of them, after the radio is turned off then back on. The settings not saved revert back to default. I did try unplugging the pack from it over night and reconnecting it but it had no effect.
Now what???????[&:]

Hi Glacier Girl,

As the 6XAS is an older radio, it may need to come in for service. I would suggest sending this in to let our techs look it over for you.

I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.

Sincerely,
