Default programmable mixes

I have a question about programmable mixes. Is there any radio out there that has programmable mixes that can be controlled by another channel. I know there are mixes that can be turned on and off by a switch, but what I am looking for is a mix where the mix is phased in and out by the position of a specified channel. For example, if I have aileron to rudder mixing set up so the rudder is moving when I move the ailerons. But then I want to have the flap channel control this mix so that when the flaps are all the way up the mix curve is flat and does nothing at all to the rudder when the ailerons are moved, but for each degree I lower the flaps the mix curve becomes more active, providing at first just a little rudder with aileron and increasing with the lowering of flaps until I have the flaps all the way down and the mix is now at 100%

Are any radios capable of this kind of mixing control?

You can activate mixes with stick movement in the 12Z and 14MZ Futaba transmitters. Those mixes can also be contingent upon which condition is also currently active.
