Default What does this do?

I have a 9 cap with a 9ch reciever. I am out of channels now that i have to micx my flaps, i dont want to buy a servo reverser, i have the what is called the "DSC" open, and my radio shows a channel 9 can be assigned a switch or control i think. So can i plug my servo in it and program my radio and use that only channel i have open? Thanks

Hi R/CBOONE72,

You would need to purchase a Y harness, plug the servo reverser and the battery both into the channel 9 slot on your receiver.

The DSC port will not let you control a servo through it, it is only for adjusting your servos without any RF on DSC compatible transmitters.

I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support team at 217-398-8970 opt 2, or via fax at 217-398-7721.
