Default R148PCM OK for 9Z Synth

I attempted to purchase a new PCM receiver from Bruckner at the WRAM show this weekend.

I wanted a R148PCM receiver, which I believed was compatible with the 9Z. The fellow from Bruckner told me that Futaba told him these would not work?!

Can anyone confirm this?

Can Futaba provide a list of recievers that are guaranteed to work with the 9Z synth?

Thanks,
Lee Snover

Isnover,

The 9Z can use any current 1024 resolution receiver, either FM or PCM that we have out. The only thing that could be a draw back with the R148DP is that you will lose the 9th channel.

That's what I thought. The fellow from Bruckner was adamant that it would not work. Go figure.

Thanks,
