I've got the S9257. Very fast servo and holds the tail very well. Stops with authority after a piro.

I am using it with a GY401 and a UBEC at 5v and after a 5-6min fight, it gets very warm. The 401 is in DS mode, zero delay and no bindings.

I tried it with the 401 with the DS "off" and it doesn't even get warm.

Is it normal for this servo to get warm in DS mode? Thanks!
