Default Are there switch use conventions?

To make it easier for others to fly my airplanes using my transmitter, are there commonly used conventions
for which switches should be used for gear, dual rates, flaps, etc?

Thank you,
Chris Shaker

Default RE: Are there switch use conventions?

No. There are no "conventions" for which switch gets used where. You decide what works best for you.

That said, "heli" transmitters have some switches in different places than the "airplane" tranmitters because putting certain functions in particular locations makes it easier to use them.
