I just unpacked my new 9C and noticed that the book has a significant dent (The first 10 pages are actually cut). This is in the location of the B switch on the radio. The switch seems to operate correctly, but I wasn't sure if is something I should worry about. I doubt if UPS would take responsibility for this because the box shows no sign of damage.
BTW, the radio is everything I expected and more. I was getting tired of asking my R/C mentor how to do someting with my JR or Hitec and he would say, " just assign a switch to it like on my 9C, i'm sure your radio can do this" and I would have to reply "no my radio does not allow me to assign a switch to a different function then what is intended".

Hi friz,
I am so happy to hear that you are enjoying the flexibility of your 9C radio.
If your switch does not look bent at all, I would most likely not worry too much about it. The radio should have been packaged in styrofoam inside the standard box. The styrofoam protects these radios very well from knocks and bumps during shipping.
