Default 9CAP upgrade

I have had my 9CAP for a couple of years and had one problem, your service center handled it very promptly. Today it is a very sick puppy. Sometimes will not transmit signal, sometimes just makes servos chatter. I have replace the receiver with several other and even switches and battery packs to isolate problem. Last shot was to pull out my backup 6 channel radio - It works- Anyway my question is since I have to send it in for repair can this radio be upgraded to the FASST System or would it be more advisable to just purchase a new system.
Thank you

Default RE: 9CAP upgrade

It sounds as though you have checked out most items, but I would also recommend checking out the module in your transmitter. If you have an extra, or a friend who could loan you one, I would recommend doing this before you send the transmitter in.

There is no "upgrade" to the 9C transmitter to make it FASST, you simply need to purchase a FASST module and receiver set such as FUTL8952 of FUTL8950.
