Default complaint

I've dealt with your company on two ocassions concerning problems with futaba equipment. Both times I was given inaccurate information and an estimate that would be very close to going out and buying the stuff brand new. The last time was replacing crystals in a reciever I did not ask for.
Just an observation as I am not trying to flame your company, however, I've had numerous service encounters with JR and their price for fixing their equipment is drastically lower and they are much more anxious to please the customer. They actually have lost money replacing defective items with newer/better items.
This last encounter has left me being a customer you will not have any longer.
