Default 9ZAPWC2 Module

I have two modules for my 9Z, standard single channel and the synthesized. If I change modules and power up the radio all I get is a straight horizontal line.

I power down the radio remove the battery, place the battery back in the radio and it works.

Is this the correct way for this to react?

Thanks
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

You should not be experiencing this type of response when you change your modules at all. You should not have to remove the battery, nor should you see a horizontal line.

It sounds as though you have a problem in the transmitter itself, and I would suggest that you send that into our Service Center to the technicians here can check this out for you.

Please see our site at: http://www.futaba-rc.com/service-moved.html for information on returning this to our service center.

I hope you find this information helpful. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at 217-398-8970 for Support, 217-398-0007 for Service or via fax at 217-398-7721 or by email at [email protected].
