I sent my 7c Fasst in to have it checked and it was returned to me 02-01-08, Invoice 0501116. It says the unit was checked and was according to specs. However since then it appears there may be a software update that is being done. Was this done to my radio or do I need to return it again to get the update? If it needs returned is the service center issuing prepaid UPS shipping labels? Thanks.

The software of your transmitter was not changed. The unit was checked to insure that it had its unique code.
