i bought 4 of these servos and mounted them on my patty wagstaff, Great planes.

strange thing is, one of the servo turns not as smoothly as the rest when i turn it gently with my hands. in this servo, i feel that there
is a catch consistently at various turn positions. whereas in the 3 other servos, it is entirely smooth.

otherwise, the servo seem to work fine after installation. i have not flown yet. do you think this is normal?

You may be feeling a slight burr on one of the gear teeth. Run the servo for a while to see if it will smooth-out. If not, you may need to get the servo gearset replaced.
