Flap Trim Function 7C vs 10C - Function changed
In the Flap Trim function on the 7C transmitter you had two settings for percents and in the 10C Flap Trim function only a setting for one pct.
In the 7C you could set one percent to 0% and the other to, say, 20% and then you would have flaperons that would center a 0% with the Vr dial turned all the way one way and 20% down when turned the other direction.
Now, you can't limit the Vr dial to keep them from going spoilerons. Essentially what is happening is that the with a setting of 20% you get 20% up and 20% down.
This is a major loss of functionality between the 7C and the 10C.
Does Futuba have any plans to restore the 7C Flap Trim function to the 7C? Without a change you will need to use up two P-Mixes to accomplish the same where no P-mixes were required to be used in the 7C to get flaperons with no danger of spoilerons.
