What's the procedure to set switch "C" for AFR (100% Linear) and the other two switch positions with two different Dual Rates?

The Futaba manual leaves a lot to be desired. I sure wish someone would come out with a "how-to-program" manual for the Futaba 12Z. I'd be first in line to buy one! :^)
