Default 12 FG programing???

Hi, after spending about 3 hours trying to set up my radio I need some help.
I'm trying to set it up for 4 aileron servos and 2 eleavator servos. What steps do I need to do to get it correct??? I'm brain dead at this point.

I have the radio set as fallows:

Airplane - 4 aileron/2 flap.................Rudder normal.

Now when I move the aileron stick channels 4/5/7/8 move.
and if I move the eleavator stick channels 4/5/7/8/9/10 move?????????????????? I'm so confused!!!! What am I doing wrong??? HELPPLEASE I'm goning nutty.
<u>
I'm really lost</u>

I'm setting up a Giant Aeromaster with four ailerons and one servo for each aliron. The eleavator has two servos, one for each half

I think I figured it out. Went to a 2 aileron/2flap setting and then just assigned tow more channels as ailerons. I now havw channels 3/4/5/6 as ailerons...seems to work. Don't have a mess of other servos moving when I move the eleavator function either just the two I assigned.

We'd not know why the ailerons would move with the elevator, unless you accidentally turned on a mixer.

When using multiple channels for the same function, such as four aileron servos, it's best to use channels in different groups, such as channels 1 &amp; 2 and 4 &amp; 5.  Channels in the same group get signals together.  Having 3, 4, 5, and 6 as ailerons puts one aileron in one group, and the other three in another group, so channel 3 may be slightly out of sync with its mate on the same side of the airplane.

We set up a transmitter with the 4-aileron, 2-flap model, and did not see the problem you saw with all six chanels (all aileron and elevator channels) moving when the elevator stick was moved.  Again, you may have had a mixer involved.

Thanks Bax...I'll review my radio to see if I may have mixed up something while playing with it. saw the mass servo move while I was looking at the servo monitor feature on my set. You may well be correct in having a "mix" activated...I'll check it out.
