12FGA switching recvrs from 6014 to 617
<span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"">I have a 12FGA transmitter with 4 planes programmed in. All have 6014 recvrs and work just fine. I have recently acquired some 617 recvrs and want to switch out two planes from the 6014's to the 617's. I don't need 12 channels and 2048 resolution on these planes. The manual gives info on how to setup a new model but not on how to go from the 'multi' mode to '7 channel' mode. Also, willI lose all the setting on these two planes? I only had the first six channels used on the 6014's.

You go into the Frequency section of the Linkage Menu and change it from "Multi" to "7-channel" mode. When the transmitter asks if you want to change the channel order, just select "No". You won't need to change anything.
