What connections setup is used to power the servos and the receiver with separate batteries ?

Normally, you'd use something like the Futaba MSA-10 to power multiple servos on the same channel that use separate battery packs than the receiver.  If you want to do that with all of your servos, then you'll need to obtain a third-party power distribution system.

You'd want to do a search through the Giant Scale or Jet forums. They're the ones who use such systems. We don't have any recommendations nor referrals for any.
