Default AM Frequency module use in 8U Super

Is the Futaba AM frequency module (FP-TF-AM) compatible with the 8U Super radio? Thanks.

We're sorry, but Futaba does not have an AM module available that will work in the 8U-series of transmitters. Only the TP-series modules on 72 MHz, and the TJ-series on 75 MHz will work in the 8U-series. They are FM-only RF moduiles.

Your TF module will not physically fit into the 8U slot.

In the past was there ever an AM module that worked with the 8U Super (that I might be able to find used)? I wasn't sure by your statement if you just meant that there aren't any new ones available from Futaba currently.

Thanks for the information!
