I have an older as new Futaba T-6XA that I left in the box for years. Can it be converted to the new FASST system, 2.4 gig? I hate to do away with it. I sold the plane with the servos and receiver years ago, shortly after I purchased it. If it can be done dose anyone have and idea of the cost. Another question would be if I cannot convert it, what is a good receiver to replace the old one. I mostly fly biplanes and the Mach One pattern ship. Thanks for your help.

The Futaba 6XA transmitter cannot be converted to the 2.4 GHz FASST system. The transmitter does not use a frequency module, and there is no internal conversion available for it.

The 7CAP, also, cannot be converted from 72 MHz to the 2.4 GHz FASST system. It, too, does not contain a frequency module.
