Default Evolution props?

What do you think of evolution props as far as performance goes? They look like they might be similar to Xoar.......?

Likely more similar to Bambula. Nothing wrong with them if they are.

I had one experience with evo prop, bought a 14x7 and tried to balance, was so far outa whack that I gave up on it and threw it away!

Never had the chance to install it and see how well it performed! You get what you pay for I guess[sm=rolleyes.gif]

The ones I have used were the same as Xoar except for the graphics.

I think there are two different brands of props being talked about here.

There is the EVO black plastic props from Horizon with a brand "Evolution" on them. They go up to 16 X 6

The props being referred to here are?

maybe a carbon fiber line of Mejzlik props?

http://www.chiefaircraft.com/rcmsec/...zlikProps.html

There's another Beechwood versiom

The ones I refer to are wood, are sold by Horizon and have the a pretty blue logo / painting on the front. Nowhere are these referred to as EVO by Horizon.

I cannot seem to pull them up at Horizon. I looked at 750 props on their pages

I think they have been discontinued by Horizon.

They were made in the same factory as JFX, NX, and Xoar.

Here's a picture for reference.

Same here .... I still see them in banner ads from time to time though.
