NEW TO GASSER CARB ?????
I just purchased a DLE 20 to put on a big stick and was wondering if it is ok to turn the carb over. I am mounting the motor cylinder down and the hookup for the servo would be better for my setup if the carb was turned on top.
Is this a problem?????

Insure that the pulse hole still lines up (some have two, either one will work) and the gasket still allows the holes to be open. and it should be perfectly ok.

The DLE20 carburetor can be rotated in either position without worrying about the pulse hole, you can turn the carb and reed block or just the carb, or just the reed block, or just the gasket, it doesn't matter. If the bolts go through the bolt holes in all the parts, everything will line up and work properly.

So to be clear does that mean you can turn the carb and reed block or just the carb, or just the reed block, or just the gasket?

Also be sure to turn the attachment screws the right way in a multidirectional pattern one at a time but one 1/16 th turn at a time untill your sure contact has been super-imposed into place. Wait for the crush of the gasket is considered to be steady. Remember lefty = lucy & righty= tighty & vica verasa. If you forget just remember...if you do not get thigs just right...engines are self healing. But be carefull..your fingers tend not to grow back. Just Lizzard tails do that ! Maybe that Geco Lizzard on the TV comercial could give you a hand? You know...the one called $tanley. Well hop to it mate...times-a wasting!
