The smaller DLE's I've seen are clones of Walbros.

Walbro parts fit in them

People owning DLE engines don't seem to have any more trouble with the clone carbs than what other people have with real Walbro carbs.

My DLE 111 ran great with the stock clone carb - till I accadently broke the plastic fuel niple off
Then I put a walbro on it and it still ran fine

The DLE111, 170, and 222 all use carbs made by Emas, they do not resemble or have any common parts with a Walbro carburetor of any kind. Emas is the OEM carb manufacturer for Husqvarna engines, Tillotson repair kits fit them.

Like Jody we sell and have been flying the DLE engines for 2 years now and I find no difference between the Walbro and the Walbro clones.

so technically the EMAS carbs are not clones, kinda how the DL50 was not really a DA50 clone?

how long has EMAS been in business?

sorrry for the questions, i just like to know certain details when it comes to my "investments"

Sure, we have plenty of the profiles in stock.

Right, the Emas carburetor on the DLE twins is not a Walbro clone, it doesn't even look like a Walbro.

Emas has been manufacturing products since 2006.

One of the guys that flew at our anual fly-in had a DLE111 and it ran very good. It sounded just as good as a DA twin. Capt,n
