Default Kalt 22 Twins

i have a giant stinger converted to a twin with kalt 22 motors. i've had several of these motors in the past and i know they are tough little motors.
when i got the plane it flew fine for the first couple of flights. the more i flew it the stranger it behaved.
it seems like it is being flooded out after running for a while. or when i let off the gas after full throttle. i bought 2 new rebuild kits for them and they still act the same. they run great at first and then they just start bogging down. idle is great at first and then no more idle.
AAARRRGGGGGHHHHH !!!!!!!
i've cleaned them both. i rebuilt them both. i tried every possible combination of needle adjustment on both.
it seems to me like the high speed needle is not seating right or something and flooding them out. took them apart again, cleaned again, made sure that there is no gunk at the needle seat, put back together, and same issue. i've repeated this over and over.
it just seems strange to me that both motors do the same thing.
any suggestions?

You've probably lost the crankshaft seals?

Or possibly an air leak somewhere between the cyl head intake port, carb isolator block and the carb.

Are the needles being restrained from opening out due to vibration, or are they leaking air? A piece of fuel line over the needle neede seat assembly will mitigate both conditions. JMHS.

Be sure the gasket is UNDER the diaphragm on the steel cover side...OVER the diaphragm on the cast cover side....
