I traded him out of it.He sure did not need too send it to me to make it run.I just wanted to see for sure how it compared to one of my four DL 30s I also got from Ralph.These were the early side carb DL 30s that was returned to Ralph with what the customer said were running problems.Some returned them with out even running them because they heard about the tilt and die thing.I have them in a Roadrunner of course,Abell Hobbies extra,two Ultra Stick Lites.All run fine.Still side carbs on all of them.have a couple of kits to convert them to rear carb but If it aint broke don't fix it.
Boy I owe Ralph some more money or more products.Did Syssa ever make a different prop hub for the SAP 180 to replace that silly thing that the early ones came out with.It is a pretty engine will have to get a pretty airplane to run it in. Jody I am starting to really like the
vv profile with DL 20,Jeff from Cody helped me tune up the Profile when he was down here for out fun fly.Thanks Jeff.
