DaleD,

Already did that step. Engine was warmed up. Started with 1.75 turns on both needles. High speed needle was backed out 10, and then closed, all with the low speed needle at 1.75 turns. As I said, I have a fair bit of experience with gas engines over the last 10 years. About 6 DLE 20's, 2 DLE 55s, one DLE 30, a G-62, and an RCGF and a CRRC all of which needle properly. Again, I ask how can an engine run at all with the high speed needle 10 turns open, or completely closed?

Already talked to Mike. He said he "neither reads, nor feeds the threads." Claimed there were no carb issues, but he is now discounting the carb that originally came with the EME 60, and offering a real Walbro replacement. Would have been cheaper, and less money to buy the DLE 61 in the first place.

Live and learn.
