The cranckcase is stamped <span style="color: #0000ff">Made in Canada</span> and bears the number <span style="color: #0000ff">28</span> (and 28cc would appear to be about right). It has a <span style="color: #0000ff">Walbro</span> carb and was equipped with a <span style="color: #0000ff">Top Flite</span> 18-8 <span style="color: #0000ff">Super-M</span> prop in a 3-1/2" spinner. Serial # is 400274.
Thanks!

Definitely a Quadra. Probably a 35 or 40/42. If you pull the muffler off and give the number of rings, there are engine experts here that can tell you which one.
Good engine, even if it weighs a ton.
