To all:
I recently acquired a Nosen mustang powered by a quadra 100.
My question is two fold:
1: the current spinner is attached to the backplate flange with a series of screws. Given that I use a high torque electric starter will this shear the screws?
2: I'd like to replace this spinner but can't find any online resource for engine specs. Does anyone know the shaft diameter and thread spacing of this engine and any online data base for this engine?
Thanks in advance!
Barry

Thank you!
I am new to gas engines and the mustang came so equipped with the Quadra, so I have no earthly idea what the first iteration of this engine was.
I take it that the Quadra began life as something other than an RC engine, hence the total lack of specs?
Do any of you currently operate this engine and if so, what spinner adapter do you use?

you know , i have no idea and i cant find anyone that knows. mine is used and i dont know if im going to mount it on my plane
because you cant get any parts for them an id hate to go ahead and redesign my fire wall , then have it crap out on me.
its got some crazy mount plate on it . i like the rear exaust , and angled down carb , size wise it fits my tempest really well.
i havent set up a test stand for it , dont even know if it runs well.
If zenoah only made the G 45 OR 62 with rear exaust
may go with a US 41
