Super Custom .52 petrol
At the recent Nuremberg toy fair there was a Super Custom (SC) .52 (8.5cc) (gas) on display. Does anyone have any details or information on the engine please? I understand Magnum, ASP and SC are all made in the same factory as is the new Evolution .60NX petrol (gas). The carb on the pre production SC was different to the one on the EVO with an extra block behind the ventura intake and I was wondering if this may be a pump with the regulator on the front. The EVO only has a regulator and relies on tank pressure. Any info would be appreciated, thanks. red-baron

RE: Super Custom .52 petrol
Hi Pe, There is a picture of it in the April issue of RCM&E on page 43. It looks like a Standard SC .52 with a CDI ignition, 1/4 sparkplug and a different carb. If anyone has any info on a test/ release date/cost etc. it would be appreciated. Thanks red-baron.

RE: Super Custom .52 petrol
Michael at NGH I believe only used a regulator carb on his 9, as does the EVO NX .60 gas.
If anyone has any information it would be appreciated, otherwise I guess its a case of now you have had a taster, wait for the distributors to share their details.
